Use the steps below to remove your data in DS-GO. You can delete your entire DS-GO account, remove only the Instagram integration, and optionally revoke DS-GO access in Instagram/Google/Apple.
A) In the DS-GO app (deletes data stored by DS-GO)
Full DS-GO account deletion: Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, registered screens and content; playback on TVs stops.
Instagram data only: Settings → Accounts → Instagram → Remove. This removes the Instagram access tokens and all imported items; playback stops.
Important: the steps above are what actually erase data inside DS-GO. The steps below revoke access in external services (useful, but they do not remove items already imported into DS-GO).
• Show different content on different TVs: menu at the counter, promos at the entrance, YouTube in the dining area.
B) Revoke DS-GO access in external services (optional)
(menu names may vary by app version; use one of the paths):
• Instagram → Profile → ≡ → Settings → Security → Apps and websites → Active → DS-GO → Remove
• or: Instagram → Profile → ≡ → Accounts Center → Password and security → Apps and websites → DS-GO → Remove
• Web: instagram.com → Settings → Apps and websites → DS-GO → Remove.
(Sign-in with Google):
• Google Account → Security → Third-party access → DS-GO → Remove.
Apple
(Sign in with Apple):
• iPhone/iPad: Settings → your Apple ID → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID → DS-GO → Stop using Apple ID
• Web: appleid.apple.com → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → DS-GO → Stop using Apple ID.
Notes: revoking access in Google/Apple/Instagram disables sign-in/API but does not remove items already imported into DS-GO — use the steps in section A for that. If you’ve lost access to Google/Apple, recover it first via their official flows, then delete in the DS-GO app.
If you can’t use the app
We’ll send a confirmation to that e-mail. After you reply with DELETE, we’ll remove the data and confirm.
Note: without a confirmation reply from the same e-mail, deletion isn’t performed.
